Canadian Turbo-Tuner 850

Our 1994 850t looks as stock as stock can look  ;) but far from stock  ;)



Mod list:  Turbo-tuner / 5 speed swap / Bully full race clutch / Gripper differential / 3" Downpipe / 2.5" Cat back / Garrett GT3071R-WG / S60R manifold modified by Cosworth / 750cc RC injectors / Reworked VMS cylinder head / RSI forged rods / Port matched intake manifold & 3" throttle body / 3" Air Intake / 255lph Walbro fuel pump / Forge twin piston blow off valve / EST air intake / EST intercooler / EST RIP kit / Underdrive crank pulley / Big brake kit / 18" Pegs / IPD 25mm sway bars & HD links / Solid subframe mounts / HID headlamps & E-code lenses / Innovate Motorsports LM-1 & LMA-3 / Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller

A huge thank you to my Wife for allowing me to build my motor in our spare bedroom  ;D

1996 2.3l short block, 2.3l head, polished ports, back cut valves, S60R exhaust manifold, 18T turbocharger, 3" SS down pipe, w/ cat, muffler, and resonator. Turbo-Tuner ECU, Aquamist, 465cc injectors, custom cams, M56L w/ bronze shift forks

Looking forward to installing Turbo-Tuner on our 850t.

Our 1994 850t has stock internals and a few bolt on mods.

Mod list:  5 speed swap / S60R manifold / 3" Downpipe / 2.5" Cat back / Super60 wheel installed in turbo / EST air intake / EST intercooler / EST RIP kit / Underdrive crank pulley / White injectors / Innovate Motorsports LM-1 & LMA-3 / RICA ecu SAM ecu Upsolute ecu

We located a block last fall and proceeded with the build.

Just a couple small items left to tidy up.

That is going to be a nice engine ;) What are the benefits of fitting the Underdrive crank pulley?

Frees up some lost hp / I find the engine spins up real easy. Nice easy mod!

I am going to try the RC750's first.  It sounds like TT should be able to handle them.

i just bought a gt3076r , what  lines are u using to feed  oil /coolant ?? where did u  get them ??

Motor is in and up and running.  Pulls real nice and sounds awesome.
Day three it saw 22 psi briefly  :)
