The sub frame mounting has 2 round pivots and 2 octaganol (or is it hexagonal). Is that the alu couplers?

The aluminum couplers hold the two Delrin bushings together.  They locate over the pins on the chassis.  They are round and will actually take out most of the adjustment you would have with the OEM bushings.  This will be fine if your car is straight, but could be a minor issue during alignment if you chassis has ever been bent.

Volvo People,
This is an EXCELLENT product that allows your shocks and springs to really shine.
I have them on my 97 850 T5 and they are really impressive, check them out at CJ's website .

Are there any pictures available from a mounted Sub-frame with these bushings ?
It looks like I'll get in trouble with the rear mounting plates/bracings when using these Sub-frame bushings.

The bushing set comes with a set of spacers that go between the body and the bracket to account for this.  I could modify the bushing, but don't want to compromise the integrity of the bushing.

I don't have any installed photos, but I know a local customer with them on his S70 that can get me some photos.

That would be nice.
I'm used to prepare my projects thoroughly, even small changes.
